What a special day at the center. Today Diane and Paul Corso visited to present their donation of $5000 matching our fundraising total from our latest boot drive. Diane and Paul toured the center and shared some stories, then totally surprised us with a check for $10,000, doubling their original match! We are overwhelmed with their generosity and so fortunate to have wonderful people like the Corso's thinking of the CYC. The surprise didn't stop there, the Corso's also presented us with a check from Paul's brother Stephen for an additional $1500! Stephen lives far away from Canajoharie now but has some good memories of the CYC and wanted to help as well. We are truly thankful to the Corso family and very proud to be part of such a thoughtful, giving community.

Spent the morning at Beaversprite: The Conservation Education Center of the Utica Zoo learning about beavers and the environment they live in. Then it was time for an intense counselors vs kids dodgeball game 😁

The kids had a blast on Friday mining for diamonds at Herkimer Diamond Mines!
