After School Program: $75.00/Month

Summer Fest: $250/Child for the season, discounted for additional registrations per household.

Biddy Basketball: $25.00/Child for the season.*

Yes, our programs are scheduled in advance. These can change from year-to-year. Please check our calendar on the "Contact Us" page, the respective program on our "Programs" page or reach out to us by phone or email for more details.

EMERGENCY CLOSINGS: If the Canajoharie CSD closes due emergency our policy is to close as well. Examples of this may include inclement weather (snowstorms, extreme cold events). 

Vacation Closings: The CYC is working on special holiday camps to expand our offerings. Please check back for more details. 

Canajoharie CSD offers busing for our After School Programs.

Parents/Guardians are responsible for picking their child/children up at the end of the day. Please be sure to contact us with any changes in your pick-up/drop-off routine.

CYC provides snacks for the After School program. 

Summer Fest meals (breakfast and lunch) are provided by Canajoharie CSD. 

You will be asked at registration if your child/children have allergies or other food related concerns. Please note your information is private and is only shared with staff as needed.

Yes, parents/guardians must fill out paperwork to register their child/children. See program costs for details.

The After School program registration is open year-round. Please see our Programs page to fill out the digital form expressing your interest and you will receive a call or email in return. If you have trouble filling out the form online, please contact us by phone or email.

See our programs page to fill out a digital form to express your interest in registering. Please note that these forms (with the exception of the After School Program) will only open two weeks in advance of open registration. 

Once you have confirmed your interest and connected with the CYC Director, you will be able to register during open registration. Parents/Guardians will need to sign a form and payment will be due at that time. If you are unable or struggling to pay, please see the below question or contact us.

You can pay by cash, check or money order. Checks and money orders should be made payable to "Community Youth Center of Canajoharie, Inc.", "Canajoharie CYC", or simply "CYC".

We are working to create an online payment option. Please check back for updates.

If you are struggling with payment or unable to pay, spots in our programs are sometimes covered by donations/scholarships. Please contact us if you need financial assistance with attending our programs.
